The hotel had great thermal water facilities and offered free bikes for guests to explore the town, which was a really nice touch. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a charming chef who made great omelettes to order and there was plenty of delicious bread to choose from. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony in both the bathroom and the bedroom.

The strongest point of this hotel is the hotel itself (looks nice, although the age is apparent) and its spa/pool. I didn't try any of the massages, but the pool is excellent, with thermal water and several types of hydromassage gadgets. Rooms were also clean and nicely furnished. Hotel is also well positioned, right next to the entry to the walking zone.

Some members of the staff could have been friendlier, however this may be a cultural thing. People did not smile much at me anywhere in Italy until I learned a couple phrases in Italian. Breakfast was boring. Limited selection and all items were the same every day. Nothing to write home about. Also free internet works weird here. One gets a password for 2 hours. Once you use up those 2 hours, you have to go back to the lobby and ask the concierge to generate a new 2-hour password for you. If you spend a lot of time online, it gets very annoying after a while.

Nothing to like there. Old stile Hotel with terrible mattresses and rock hard pillows. Staff does not speak English. Surround area is boring, good for elderly, very elderly people.

Excellent meals, wide selection of quality wines, attentive and excellent service, large and comfortable rooms, kind and attentive staff.

they controlled ac. only 2 hours wifi at a time and poor connection

Thermo swimming pools are great. It is a great place to stay after the long trip. Nice standard hotel. Room is big and comfortable. Not far from Venice

Internet login for 2 hours use is not nice. They also ask you every time your room number when you ask for a new one. It is not a nice approach guys in xxi century to internet. Remove the limits

This luxurious 4-star hotel is a gem in terms of its location. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with plenty of deckchairs, it offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. I absolutely loved spending my afternoons here, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The hotel also provides excellent services such as room service, car hire, and airport shuttle, making it very convenient for travelers like me. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing a friendly and attentive service. The spa and wellness center is top-notch, with facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, perfect for indulging in some relaxation. The on-site restaurant offers a delectable dining experience, with a wide range of options to choose from.

I would highly recommend this place to friends traveling in the area.

Big and comfortable rooms for an excellent price.

Breakfast doesn't correspond to the expectations in 4-Star Hotel. Even one hour before closing, not a single ingredient was replaced on the buffet.

Cleanliness and maid cleaning service

Hotel is 99% geerd for Germans...Breakfast is not organised well by staff as seating is disorganised and staff are not intrested till you confront them for seating. Sink in bathroom takes an age to empty.The Germans did the usual thing with towels round the pool..they put them out early morning and did not use the pool till late in the day.All in all if you put up with these small gripes the facilities were exellent

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the professionalism and patience of the staff. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the SPA area which was welcoming and open until 23. The breakfast was of great quality and the staff at the restaurant provided excellent and attentive service. The location was ideal, with the hotel being close to all the restaurants and the historic center of the city. Additionally, the hotel had a great parking facility and there were deckchairs available in the garden, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy the surroundings.

Perfect spa getaway with thermal waters and massages. the pool area was very enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations about local attractions. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the historic and artistic cities within a short distance.

The food quality was very poor. Breakfast lacked variety, the coffee was watery, and the cold cuts were stingy.

I had a huge room with two bathrooms, which was very confortable.

The main age of the guests was above 55.

For the price this hotel is excellent - I stayed in two 5 star hotels in Abano that were 3 times more expensive - and this is just as nice. The pool is excellent and the people nice. They gave me a baby cot free- this was great. The room was great with a view of the pool and the bed very comfortable!

The food is good - but I think could be improved and a little expensive at 30 euro for dinner. the breakfast is good but can be improved. The robes and towels for the pool should be included in the room rate. But since the rates are not high it not so bad.
